Allied to this we can advise on Inheritance, Tax, Landlord-Tenant, Planning and Licensing Law. Our Family Lawyers provide sympathetic and sound advice in this difficult area. They seek where possible to negotiate amicable resolutions to family conflict and resort to court proceeding only when necessary to protect our clients' interests.

We provide a service in Personal Injury Claims*. This Includes not only Accident and Employer Liability Claims but also more complex cases such as Asbestos Exposure, Medical Negligence and Fatal Injury Claims.

Such expertise further allows us to act for Defendant clients in terms of Risk Management & Liaison with their Insurers. We are honoured to act on behalf of many members of An Garda Síochána and the Prison Service in relation to their particular concerns.
