Evelyn graduated from University College Cork in 1999 with a BA in Applied Psychology (Honours). In 2000, Evelyn obtained a Diploma in Legal Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology. In 2004, she obtained a Diploma in Employment Law from University College Dublin. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in February, 2005.

Evelyn has a diverse range of experience and great interest in all areas of litigation. She has advised extensively on Employment Law (both contentious and no contentious), Commercial Litigation and General Litigation in a vast array of forums. Evelyn practices in Personal Injury Litigation, Defamation Law and Intellectual Property Law. She also provides advice to clients in relation to various commercial contracts and transactions.

Evelyn is also a regular contributor to the Irish Independent Jobs and Careers Supplement providing Employment Law advice.
