Liam graduated from University College Dublin in 1981 with an Honours Law Degree. He tutored in UCD in the subjects of Constitutional Law and Real Property.
In 1981 he was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors and holds a Diploma in Arbitration Law from UCD and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has served as a Member of an Expert Group advising on Law Reform. Since the establishment of the practice in 1981 Liam has gained a wide experience in all areas of litigation. He has been involved in many significant Civil and Criminal Law cases. He has acted for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in a huge variety of cases before various Courts and Tribunals. Liam advises a number of Institutions and Bodies including Fianna Fail, The Irish Prison Officers Association and the Irish Racehorse Trainers Association. |
