Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in January 2004, Colm holds an Honours Degree in Business and Legal Studies, having graduated from University College Dublin in 2000. He also obtained a Diploma in Property Tax from the Law Society of Ireland in 2005.
Colm deals with a very diverse Client base and currently undertakes work in the following areas:-
- Colm acts for a large number of members of the Deaf Community in cases before the Residential Institutions Redress Board, a body set up by the Government to compensate victims of abuse in State Institutions. He has contributed to “Hands On”, a television programme of interest to the Deaf Community which is screened weekly on RTE 1
- Colm acts for Veolia Transport (Ireland) Limited, prosecuting cases in the Dublin District Court mainly relating to fare evasion
